Job Description
- Check invoices against the orders.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Check daily actual orders.
- Handle administrative duties
- Maintain quality control over the sales operation process.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
- Maintain sales filing during the sales cycle.
- Follow up with the drivers & collectors until delivering the final documents.
- Support the sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2 or more years' experience in sales coordination is a must.
- Computer literacy & microsoft office user.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
