Job Description

 

  • Check invoices against the orders.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Check daily actual orders.
  • Handle administrative duties
  • Maintain quality control over the sales operation process.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Develop daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain sales filing during the sales cycle.
  • Follow up with the drivers & collectors until delivering the final documents.
  • Support the sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation.


 

 

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 or more years' experience in sales coordination is a must.
  • Computer literacy & microsoft office user.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
