We are looking for a skilled and proactive Production Support Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production systems. This role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, automating routine tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically adept, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, this role will focus on supporting our Data Labeling Tool, working closely with clients and their DevOps teams to maintain operational continuity. You will manage support channels, resolve issues for partner teams, and ensure smooth functioning of the labeling tool for mission-critical tasks

Responsibilities

• Analyze and Troubleshoot Backend Code: Gain a deep understanding of backend systems to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, ensuring seamless operations.
   
• Develop and Enhance Plugins: Design, build, and maintain plugins to improve system functionality, quality control, and performance analysis.
   
• Command Line and API Operations: Execute and automate tasks efficiently using command-line tools and API integrations to support robust system management.
   
• Data Management and Dashboard Development: Manage and analyze data to generate insights, create dashboards, and deliver actionable reporting for stakeholders.
   
• Contribute to Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features, improve user experience, and support innovation initiatives.
