Job Description
- Responsible for the design, implementation and operation of the Quality Management System
- Implement the Program’s Quality Plan and monitor overall activities of the QA team as agreed with company and the clients.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to ensure CSRs have the necessary skills and competencies to meet client expectations.
- conducting Training Needs Analysis for continuing education of CSRs and Leaders.
- Investigating customer complaints and deficiency reports and providing identification of causes to appropriate authorities.
- suggesting corrective and preventive actions, ensuring proper communication with the clients
- Testing the products / Processes to ensure their compliance with the specific standards / Processes.
- Planning, management and control of the quality standards within the company in accordance with the quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in Education, Business or in any relevant field.
- Excellent applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques
- Good knowledge of statistical process control and statistical analysis
- Mastering environmental law and its requirements
- The ability to plan and develop quality policies in the company.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving Skills.
