Job Description
- Take responsibility for the growth marketing and CRM strategy, processes and implementation.
- Manage Growth Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on organic tactics.
- Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs.
- Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyzing performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity.
- Optimize ad delivery, conversion and under experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible.
- Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us.
- Be in control of sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation. You should strive to continuously outperform yourself.
- Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content together with the team to enhance the campaigns.
- Ideally have social media writing experience.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing role. You have worked on social media campaigns, blogs, SEO/SEA, email campaigns, landing pages and display marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- Worked previously in the tech field is a plus
- Worked previously in startup companies is a plus.
- Proven record of managing SEO and SEM marketing campaigns, as well as social media and display advertising campaigns.
- A knack for identifying target audiences and you know where to find them to encourage engagement and conversions.
- Strong experience in website analytics tools and Google Adwords.
- Experience in using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Metabase.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A growth hacking mindset and great analytical skills.
- Creativity, motivation and a structured approach.
- Can create a deep analysis among other competitors and discover the edge points and values to use it to attract more customers.
