Job Description

  • Provide support for sales representatives.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Provide secretarial assistance to Head of Sales, producing letters, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department.
  • Processing orders via email or phone.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Staying up-to-date with company new projects, units and features and updating the company inventory and price list.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Develop and update monthly and daily Activities report, Sales reports and units updating reports.
  • Update client’s data sheets
  • Coordinate Sales team activities.
  • Record client’s data on the CRM system.
  • Assists in providing leads quality feedback to the marketing department.
  • Analysis Data from CRM System.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate Contracts Process.

Job Requirements

  • Proven Working Experience as Sales Admin not less than 3 years in real estate field.
  • Planning and organizing skills, Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Bachelor Degree.
