Job Description
- Provide support for sales representatives.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Provide secretarial assistance to Head of Sales, producing letters, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department.
- Processing orders via email or phone.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Staying up-to-date with company new projects, units and features and updating the company inventory and price list.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Develop and update monthly and daily Activities report, Sales reports and units updating reports.
- Update client’s data sheets
- Coordinate Sales team activities.
- Record client’s data on the CRM system.
- Assists in providing leads quality feedback to the marketing department.
- Analysis Data from CRM System.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Coordinate Contracts Process.
Job Requirements
- Proven Working Experience as Sales Admin not less than 3 years in real estate field.
- Planning and organizing skills, Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Bachelor Degree.
