Job Description

  • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Lead localization of global digital marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Own the creation and management of Marketing projects & programs timelines.
  • Ensure budgetary adherence for project based as well as general localization program spend
  • Implement, maintain and update global localization processes, focusing on automation and systems integration.
  • Support use of data analysis to optimize localization decisions
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all social media channels and sales teams
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Communicates with various advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
  • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
  • Manage the development and implementation of the brand’s marketing plan.
  • Develop, organize and manage marketing initiatives
  • Assign tasks to the specialists, monitor tasks progress, review and edit if needed.
  • Develop, manage and monitor content for social media platforms.
  • Prepare marketing reports to top Management
  • Carry out on-demand tasks, researches, and analyses needed by managers
  • Continually seek and research new sources and market trends

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in service marketing field
  • Fluency in English
  • Project management, KPI building and monitoring, problem resolution and general management expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment
  • Capable of dealing with a diverse range of products and services
  • Outstanding communication skills.
