Job Description
- Primary responsibilities are production planning, scheduling, and raw material planning.
- Minimizes working capital by maintaining accurate and economical inventory levels.
- Managing all Export supply planning E2E (PM , RM , Production, dispatch and inventory).
- Responsible for accurate and efficient planning of local and export raw materials through translating demand to raw material using (the BOM approved from quality) of each SKU .
- Creates purchase orders for direct materials and prepare the delivery and tracking plans for sourcing team to ensure the safe inventory levels and make manufacturing process running smoothly.
- Maintain optimum raw materials inventory levels and the ordering time that make minimum inventory costs and minimum lead times considering the safety stock levels, seasonal fluctuations, and historical trends.
- Review raw materials stock levels on a daily basis to maintain the first in are first out.
- Follow the Scheduling process and coordinate with warehousing team for releasing raw materials and align with the local planner on the FG stocks and the dispatching and replenishment process for the distribution centers.
- Prepares reports about production planning for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency
- Effectively apply DDS cycle and drumbeat system.
- Participate effectively in SC pillar team.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Post-graduates studies in planning management is preferable.
