Job Description
- Collect and prepare the data through, gathering and cleaning data from SQL Server and other sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze the data through, using Python and SQL for complex queries, data processing, and identifying patterns that support business decisions.
- Create dashboard through, developing interactive dashboards in Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into performance metrics.
- Collect and review data pro-actively for dissemination to relevant division/parties within the organization and direct, special analyses or surveys on request.
- Support the implementation of data-driven decision support systems for performance management across SGH to enable the institution to have detailed data analytics report to facilitate performance monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Certified in six sigma/lean/KPI or other performance improvement methodologies.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics.
- Strong experience SQL and Python knowledge for data manipulation, proficiency in SQL Server for database management, and expertise in Power BI for data visualization.
- Familiarity with healthcare data (e.g., understanding ICD codes and patient outcomes).
