Job Description
- Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures.
- Assist Export manager for his all duties and assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes.
- Coordinate with marketing ,execution ,finance and supply chain and sourcing agents to establish an efficient export classification, tools and prepare tariff schedule.
- Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues.
- searching for opportunities in different countries and communicate with international prospects that enhance sales and benefit foreign clients
- Design plans and strategies for product line and administer introduction to commercial market through promotional campaigns .
- follow up export payment collections and evaluates and qualifies export markets
Job Requirements
- Experience in export FMCG is a must
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions
- Presentable
- Expert problem solving skills
- Effective skill in planning things
- Analysing and reporting skills
- Bachelor degree in logistics business administration is plus
- V.good command of English Language is a must
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience at least 2 years in the same role
