Job Description
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Follow up with all new clients and assist them to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Presenting our project to prospective clients in a structured professional way.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, and preferences.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock

- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of admin Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication and organizational skills, ability to work on multiple tasks.
