Job Description

  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
  • Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Follow up with all new clients and assist them to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
  • Presenting our project to prospective clients in a structured professional way.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Consulting with clients to identify their needs, and preferences.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of admin Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good communication and organizational skills, ability to work on multiple tasks.
