Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the delivery of the recruitment team’s performance versus required stakeholders deliverables, fully informing the recruitment team on all tasks, procedures, and working instructions necessary in the execution of their daily tasks and duties, as well as maintaining overall quality and defining knowledge gaps.

 

Job Description

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.
  • Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.
  • Design and drive employee referral programs.
  • Plan and execute campus recruiting activities.
  • Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews.
  • Coordinate with background check agency to complete background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain pertinent applicant and interview data and generate reports.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Conduct analysis and report on key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
  • Utilize metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Training and mentorship of new team members.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition field.
  • Call Centre background is preferred.
  • HR Diploma or equivalent is preferable.
  • Mass hiring experience.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in English (C1-C2)
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
