Job Description
- Monitor and coordinate material delivery processes between suppliers to ensure that items are delivered to the warehouse on time.
- Issue purchase orders as needed, ensuring on time delivery of the required quantities after getting the necessary approvals.
- Follow up purchasing orders and local purchasing activities accurately on daily basis.
- Analyze price proposals, other data and information to determine reasonable prices
- Submit the collected payment documents to finance after having all approvals.
