Job Description
- Monitor daily performance and output and produce reports for management
- Analyse team performance for issues to find root cause and come up with solutions
- Figure out training needs of team members and report them to L&D
- Coach and motivate team
- Train and mentor Medical Transcriptionists and new joiners.
- Provide team with needed learning resources, e.g., handbooks, consultant manuals/profiles, etc.
- Calculate QA scores by producing quality score cards for each member monthly
- Calculate monthly KPIs and perform annual appraisals
- Perform one-to-one feedback sessions with team members
- Communicate with consultants about their transcription needs
- Coordinate between consultants, Transcription Team, and PAs and assign tasks accordingly
- Collect feedback from team members about any operational, logistical, or other matters
- Conduct periodic refresher sessions.
- Conduct periodic account specifics test
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
- 5 years in MT, with minimum 1 year experience in Leading Role
- Proficient in Medical Transcription
- Fluent English language communication skills, oral and written
- Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of excel preferable
