Job Description

  • Responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. The job can widely in duties and responsibilities, from reception, copy editing, and support, to handle a specific type of paperwork or filing for a specific department.
  • Arrange a schedule of meetings and other parties.
  • Ability to learn working on ACAD.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent reading writing letters in Arabic.
  • Bachelor's Degree from University-related. Preferred Engineering 
  • Must be familiar with and have computer skills, Excel, Word, CMMS & BMS Systems 
  • A hospitality background is preferred.
