MEP Engineer

Job DUties and Responsabilities

• Share in formulating Scope IMS technical requirements in regard to all Electro-Mechanical disciplines and communicate it with Design Consultants
• Review Design Documents to assure compliance with Scope IMS requirements prior distribution to Vendors and Bidders
• Provide Technical assessment for all offers received (Tenders, quotations, …etc) in coordination with the relevant consultants.
• Manage the site supervision process aiming to achieve the highest quality levels
• Review Contractors Payment in comparison to the contracts documents and forward it for upper management approval.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Report for the various ongoing projects
• Represent Scope IMS in all site meetings, field tests and commissioning phases
• Assure receiving all adequate close-out documents (As Built, Catalogues, Operation Manuals and the like)
• Implement Scope IMS operational system (Performance Management, Cost Management, Time Management, etc)
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
