Job Description
- Document, review and approve procurement requests, and prepare and process purchase orders.
- Track orders status and approve bills for payment.
- Conduct research and meetings both physically and remotely to identify potential suppliers.
- Review new suppliers track record and maintain good long-term relationship.
- Diversify sourcing of components and mitigate shortage risks.
- Prepare and execute procurement execution plans to fulfil array of purchasing requests, including purchasing, expediting, shipping, receipt and inspections, and logistics.
- Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
- Participate with warehouse and production in stock planning and setting restocking levels.
- Negotiate with the suppliers to reach most favorable deals (prices, terms, delivery times, etc.).
- Develop optimization options for components procurement to avoid pricing fluctuation risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement.
- Experience in Electrical and Electronic components procurement is a must.
- Experience in local and international procurement.
- Warehouse Management exposure is a plus.
- Language: Very Good English Language.
- Computer skills: Microsoft office
