Job Description

Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 9 active locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster.

We are looking for an active Senior E-Commerce Specialist to join the ecommerce team, to work on international business opportunities and diverse market. The ideal candidate is one who is ready to roll their sleeves and adapt the to the fast-paced growth. The ideal candidate is able facilitate the management of our new ecommerce store on all the selling portals. They should also be able to manage the inventory with the warehouse and restock when needed as well as monitor the changes in website traffic and sales.

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals (Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook  etc)
  • Checking the available inventory on our warehousing system and ordering the new bulk order before the stock runs out.
  • Developing subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and taking ownership of daily business administration on assigned accounts.
  • Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends.
  • Managing the overall user experience, including site navigation, checkout funnel, payment gateways, promotional campaigns.
  • Inspecting landing pages, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, ease of use and correct configuration.
  • Cultivating standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
  • Working with ecommerce product management, sales, graphics, third-party agencies, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
  • Possessing a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
  • Working with agencies to create advertising campaigns and following up on media buying activities, ROI, and conversion rates targeted to our customer demographics.
  • Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
  • Using Spreadsheets or Excel and CRM systems in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers within the segmented criteria.
  • Researching, sourcing, lead generation and networking to maintain sales numbers.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Identifying and developing new products based on consumer behavior.
  • Assessing customer needs and suggesting the appropriate products.
  • Performing competitor analysis, and market research toward obtaining an increased market share.
  • Performing surveys through emails, to retrieve and record valuable feedback from customers, aiming to improve the customer experience, and for service and product development purposes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.
  • Fluency in English is an absolute must.
  • 2-5 years of ecommerce experience is a must / within the US market is preferred.
  • Strong working experience on CMS, CRM and ecommerce platforms.
  • Thorough knowledge of ecommerce SEO, digital marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce solutions, warehousing systems, payment gateways, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional market research.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
  • Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm in Maadi.
