Job Description
- Monitoring sales operations and their returns, ensuring that they are recorded in the system in the correct manner, and reconciling the customer's account with the correct amounts.
- Monitoring credit limits and additional discount rates for branches customers and ensuring that they comply with the company's policy.
- Reviewing sales prices and ensuring that sales price lists and discount rates are updated, and that they are adhered to when selling.
- Reviewing sales orders held for long periods and stating the reasons for why their are not done yet.
- Make the necessary adjustments in the system to close customer invoices and settle balances with invoices.
- Reviewing the statements of clients’ accounts in the system, stating the problems and their causes and settling them, or submitting a report to the management to take the necessary action if needed.
- Provide support to sales persons in connection with branch sales transactions.
- Providing the management with analytical reports on the branches sales, on a monthly basis or upon request.
Submit a weekly report to the accounts manager to show what has been accomplished and the problems that accompanied the implementation with a statement of the reason and the proposed solutions.
Suggesting improvement, remedial and preventive measures to improve work performance in the Customer Accounts Department.
- Responsible for keeping the papers and documents related to the accounts of the branches customers in classified files for reference upon request.
- All of the above must be done in accordance with the official approved account management procedure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (English is preferred).
- Experience in Excel & other MS office applications.
- Experience in ERP systems (Odoo is preferred).
- Details and accuracy oriented.
- Problem analysis and solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a team member.
- Non smoker is preferred.
