Job Description
- Creating 3Dbuilding designs and highly detailed drawings
- Recommend specific upgrades and changes to increase efficiency
- Assist in preparation of design development drawings
- Develop preliminary designs and coordinate with other team members through the subsequent design stages
- Report to the Project manager on frequent basis, the project's technical progress and performance with regards to Shop Drawing and Design.
- Strong organizational and time management skills particularly in handling various projects and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bs degree in architecture from any governmental university.
- Strong modeling skills: 3D artist and Animator for architectural visualization.
- Maximum experience 1-5 years
- Comprehensive knowledge of Architectural design standards and codes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer aided design
- 3D max, Lumion& Auto cad software and tools related to Architectural Department.
- Talents in design and reading/ understanding others designs
- 3d exterior experience and render is a must
- Previous experience of working design drawings
- Previous experience of working in Large projects
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Strong imagination , ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
