Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare feasibility studies for assigned projects.
- Track, monitor and analyze the monthly performance of the group investments.
- Prepare periodic reports for the new investments/ partnerships in addition to the existing ones.
- Dealing with banks for obtaining required debt for the projects.
- Coordinating with the finance and legal teams for any required tasks.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the investment, feasibility studies and business valuation.
- Excellent in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent in English (writing & speaking).
- Passed CFA Level 1 is preferred.
- Proficiency of Power BI is preferred.
- Investment background is required.
