Job Description

  •    Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process according workflow a company
  •  Share for Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
  •  Collaborate with Human Resources Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees
  •  Ensuring all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
  •  Create and publish job ads in various sources
  •  Screen resumes and job applications
  •  Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
  •  Share with managers at interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  •  On-boarding new employees to become fully integrated
  •  Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  •  Host and participate in job fairs
  •  Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  •  Reports on the hiring process weekly and monthly.
  •  Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree 
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Git hub and Stack Overflow
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation method
  •  Good communications skills
  • Very Good in English.
