Job Description
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process according workflow a company
- Share for Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Collaborate with Human Resources Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Ensuring all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
- Create and publish job ads in various sources
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Share with managers at interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- On-boarding new employees to become fully integrated
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Host and participate in job fairs
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Reports on the hiring process weekly and monthly.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Git hub and Stack Overflow
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation method
- Good communications skills
