Job Description

  • Preparing and processing payrolls and tax reporting and records
  • Complying with all applicable national laws and, in particular, those related to employment, insurance, and tax
  • Implementing compensation plans (incentive system, annual raises, and bonus system)
  • Preparing Job offers and HR letters once requested.
  • Inserting and following up on employees’ data to ensure information is current and complete for our HRIS, BambooHR
  • Recording and maintaining the attendance and leaves of the company’s employees
  • Coordination with account managers for any salary updates and apply them with the paying cycle
  • To be first point of contact for copy pay-slips, and payroll related queries and support the payroll team with query resolution regarding queries about wages, deductions, and ensure the payroll processing is completed accurately and in timely manner with no error.
  • Liaising with Finance Teams for smooth payroll processing and providing source documents/ data on timely manner.

Job Requirements

Qualifications And Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce or human resources are a plus)
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in payroll management
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social insurance laws
  • Good command of the English language
  • Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
