Job Description

This role is for candidates who are passionate for the “art” of digital marketing and will bring an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. You will be tasked to organize creative digital campaigns and promotional events that encourage the customer’s interest in our products in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Set up and optimize digital campaigns within multiple platforms. Organize and oversee communication campaigns exhibitions and digital products promotional events..
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range objectives, performance KPIs and measurement tools.
  • Understand our customer success goals and KPIs, collaborate with product management to build channels and tools to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Run proof of concepts to validate ideas and convert them into prototypes then build up to concrete executable plans.
  • Collaborate to develop social media content and manage the social content calendar.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Collaborate in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing role.
  • Proven experience as marketing executive in digital product-based organization.
  • Proven experience in the e-learning Sector.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies, leading from ideation to execution and measuring ROI.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of product positioning, marketing strategies, principles and marketing best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM.)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurship .
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
  • Degree in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
