Job Description
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Managing the recruitment and selection process; screening CVs, conducting interviews, follow up on-boarding process and orientation preparations with head department
- Nurture a positive working environment for organization's employees by preparing and executing general meetings, activities, suggest and assist in training programs with the CEO for development
- Create policies and procedures, communicate it with employees and follow up its implementation
- Prepare monthly payroll, deductions calculations and distributing salaries on employees
- Keep records for all important documents of the organization, processes documentation and employees database
- Conduct evaluation for employees, through setting KPIs, tasks analysis for each one for better performance
- Assist CEO in developing and facilitating monitoring daily tasks of the team, creating tasks sheet, prepare and send weekly analysis reports
- Recommend learning and development courses or trainings for the team members and follow up the progress and feedback
Job Requirements
- (1-3) years of experience (Proven work experience in same field).
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Previous experience in NGOs/ student activities is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and creative.
