Job Description
- Review financial statements, entries and reconciliations to ensure compliance with IFRS
- Supervising the preparation, application and development of cost accounting systems and methods in the company, which includes identifying cost centers, monitoring and analyzing the costs of various operations in the company and working to control and reduce them.
- Supervising the preparation of zakat and tax returns and ensuring that they are submitted on the scheduled dates.
- Submit all periodic reports to the Chief of Finance and ensure their integrity and accuracy.
- Participate in preparing the annual estimated budgets and balance sheets for the company at the specified times and follow up their auditing and approval by the external auditors.
- Supervising the company's exchange operations and ensuring compliance with the financial procedures and the list of approved authorities.
- Supervising and controlling all financial and financing operations, following up on the covenant, and taking what is necessary to achieve the company's goals
- Financial control over the cash flows necessary for the projects.
- Follow up the work of the heads of accounts and supervise them and ensure the proper progress of work.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses.
Job Requirements
- +15 years’ experience, +4 years in one of the big 4 companies (Deliot ,E&Y,PWC,KPMG)
- CPA Certificate is a must
- BS degree in accounting.
- A knowledge with Saudi accounting standards along with IFRS
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager in real estate / construction firms is a must
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Proficient user of finance software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
