Job Description

  • Maintains organizational focus within assigned function(s) by planning key projects in terms of milestones, timelines and cost if any while aligning with key related stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders to build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, potential scenarios ad options to mitigate.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and handover project activity to business as usual at the appropriate point.
  • Receive Strategic Objective and Cascading Strategic Objective on weekly/ monthly operations.
  • Create objective list linked with financial targets and Project List for each Objective.
  • Finalize Objectives Dashboard included Forms.
  • Ensure all projects within area of responsibility are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and budget requirements.
  • Develop a Meeting Schedule, draw up an agenda for all staff meetings and make sure that minutes are taken at all meetings and that tasks are set, and make sure that the meeting is following the agreed meeting agenda.
