Job Description
- Receive and screen all calls and transfer them to the required person.
- Welcome visitors; determine the purpose of visits and direct them to the right contact and/or meeting room.
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing mail for the Head Office.
- Supervise the courier employees to ensure prompt delivery and distribution of mails.
- In house follow up of all maintenance works for the Head Office.
- Ensure on time delivery for all office supplies.
- Receive and process the requests for the usage of the company cars.
- Monitor and follow up of the performance of the housekeeping workers to keep Head Office cleaned.
