Job Description
- Handling Import and Export daily operations.
- Keeping good records and documentation.
- Capable of anticipating and improvising so as fulfill unexpected users needs & communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Supervise orders and all shipments
- Communicate with the responsible department to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- High follow up and communication skills and keep logs and records of shipments, executed orders etc.
- Prepare accurate reports and invoices for upper management and customers.

- Proven experience as an operations coordinator is preferred.
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to work with supervision and track multiple processes
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good command over written and spoken English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to cope with different situations and to rapidly build a relationship and set up trust.
- Presentable, and good attitude.
Experience: Fresh Graduates are welcome – up to 2 years’ experience
