Job Description
- Following up on the Corporate Operations team and the target achievement progress and reporting to the Corporate Operations Manager as needed
- Developing and maintaining a good relationship with the Corporate Sales
- Providing reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested
- Reviewing and validated the performed tasks and the system
- Ensuring excellent feedback to his/her team and/or to the Company’s Corporate Sales Manager
- Assuring that all the Corporate Operations tasks are complying with the set quality indicators and priorities
- Emphasizing that the procedures, rules and regulations must be known and applied by the team
- Ensuring VIP and urgent/sensitive cases are treated as a priority and with the highest finishing
- Applying and reviewing that the Permanent Supervision and all controls are performed in due time and actions are taken if any problems detected
- Leading the team to reach assigned targets in coordination with the Corporate Operations Manager
- Ensuring that the staff can cope with the work load and stress by offering them support , motivation and appreciation
Job Requirements
- Reinforcing team spirit between the staff to ease up any conflict situation that might appear
- Keeping a good communication level with other departments and networks
- Following up with the reinsurer for their decisions when needed
- Coaching and mentoring the team
- Preparing daily tasks reports to be submitted to Corporate Operations Manager
- Being aware of the department’s procedures and using its instructions to match the quality standards
