Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion:
• Present protein-enriched food products to customers in the target market.
2. Achieving Sales Targets:
• Work towards achieving the monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Contribute to increasing sales by developing new customer relationships.
3. Customer Management:
• Build long-term relationships with current and potential customers.
• Follow up on customer orders and resolve any sales-related issues.
4. Field Visits:
• Visit clients at different locations to present products and negotiate deals.
• Seek out new marketing opportunities and increase market share.
5. Reporting:
• Provide daily and monthly reports on performance and sales to management.
• Gather market needs information and suggest improvements for products and services.
Job Requirements
1. Education:
• University degree.
2. Experience:
• At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in food products.
3. Age:
• Maximum 40 years old.
4. Skills:
• Strong sales skills, with the ability to persuade customers and close deals.
• Ability to achieve monthly targets and contribute to increasing sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet goals and work under pressure.
• Time management and priority-setting skills.
