Job Description

  • Implementing the sales plan in his area by dividing the geographical areas into sales areas, preparing itineraries for each area and a fixed coverage plan with the participation of delegates, setting goals and distributing them to delegates according to sales areas, and ensuring that delegates understand and apply these goals.
  • Follow up on the implementation of the company's promotional campaigns in its sales areas in accordance with the company's policy.
  • Applying the company's financial and sales policy with regard to opening customer accounts, credit periods and value.
  • Ensure that there is a complete record of all current and targeted customers in the specified area.
  • Following up and evaluating the activities of the sales representatives for the purpose of following up the sales and collection results to find out any deviation and working to correct it in a timely manner by organizing periodic discussions for guidance, solving behavioral and performance problems, analyzing daily follow-up reports and field visits alone or with sales representatives, and training them on the sales process.
  • Work to reduce selling costs by following economic rules in itineraries.
  • Establishing good and distinguished relations with customers, developing an excellent reputation, and submitting any suggestions put forward by customers or through salesmen or his personal notes to the district manager or regional sales manager
  • Preparing sales reports for the sales manager, including the number of visits, sales, collections, the extent of spread, and his notes on each region.
  • Supervising the delegates in his sales department, evaluating their performance, motivating and developing them, ensuring the availability of sufficient numbers of delegates, and sponsoring them through training and continuous development.
  • Implementing and conducting field visits to customers in the market and training market representatives on the basics of selling, the steps of the sales visit, and handling objections.

Job Requirements

  • Age not more than 35 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 
  • He should have experience in selling consumer goods for at least 3 years as a sales supervisor.
  • He should have supervision skills, effective communication with others, the ability to persuade, address objections, and an appropriate negotiating ability.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • He should be able to drive and have a driving license and a private car.
  • That he has the ability to move between the branches and the different regions of the company.
  • He should enjoy good health.
  • Proficiency in dealing with the computer and proficiency in the Office software package
  • Presentable.
