Job Description
- Responsible for preparing all legal papers needed to sign off from legal affairs manager.
- Check & follow-up emails regarding (new hiring, resignations, investigations, cut-off, …. ) and send it to responsible legal affairs division when needed.
- Recording & updating all matters related to (investigations , hiring decisions , litigations , inquiries , …) in specific sheets .
- Receiving & archiving all reports related to (Accidents, hotline, investigations, cut off …) and forward it to related legal affairs division to start work on it.
- Follow-up & recording the daily tasks related to legal affairs representatives .
- Preparing all papers related to inventory in new hiring and transfers .
- Responsible for finishing signatures of legal affairs departments .
- Archiving & filing all papers related to legal affairs department .
- Responsible for making attendance reports for legal affairs representatives and send it to HRIS departments.
- Making weekly reports regarding legal cases data and updates to send it to legal affairs manager.
- Help in solving issues related to legal affairs department and coordination with other departments .
- Responsible for receiving court letters and labor office .
- Responsible for receiving emails regarding insurance of (cars and goods ) and send it to Insurance Administrator to coordinate with the insurance company.
Job Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree of law.
- Excellent English level.
- Good in excel and power point.
