Job Description
- Assisting in the implementation of any marketing duties in the exhibitions, events, and seminars we participate in with agencies and organizers.
- Supporting the marketing team in the photo shoot/video direction and editing.
- Create, developing and revise posts design and content and follow up with graphic designers.
- Supporting the sales teams and top management by filing important documents, provide any required files, communicating relevant information, and creating presentations.
- Ensuring and implementing proper documentation flow as per company policy for all marketing activities and projects.
- Collaborating with marketing and internal teams to collect data for the content of the company documents and social media.
- Work closely with the direct manager to complete any other required task.
- Work with and follow up on developing/printing process of giveaways, and review the documents before printing.
- Coordinate and follow up tasks with stakeholders in different departments and externally.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Marketing or any related field.
- 1 year experience in the marketing field.
- Marketing Courses are a must
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Prezi
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and skills presentation skills
- High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of offline and online marketing tools
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Excellent analytical skills and high creativity.
- Familiar with WordPress is a plus
