About the job Key Accounts Executive - FMCG
To manage the sales and merchandising teams and their relevant key retail/supermarkets accounts in the designated regions making sure they are well equipped to achieve their sales and distribution monthly targets by brand and SKUs, reporting to the Division Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics by account and salesman.
- Regularly make planned field visit with Merchandisers and Sales team to monitor their quality of work and implement sales planograms, and promotions by brand.
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed Sales goals and quotas.
- Organize and coordinate sales & merchandisers journey plans with efficiency.
- Coaching, Developing and Supporting designated team.
- Monitor competitors activities and timely report to Line Manager
- Building strong relationship with Business Partners
- Performing other relevant tasks assigned by Management.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in commerce, administration, business, economics, industrial engineering, or any relevant field
- Sales and distribution skills
- Working Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales and distribution supervisory or management experience in the designated cities in the UAE
