Job Description
- Document, propose and discuss the architecture and solution options, recommendations and implications.
- Technical hands on implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Customization, Workflow, or SDK, preferably on both online and on premise version along with good understanding of MS Azure platform
- Provide recommendations for technical standards and specifications.
- Leads and/or participates in the project team to develop optimal solutions for client business challenges. Guides the client through design, architecture, estimate, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide excellent customer service to our clients
- up-to-date and in-depth experience with implementations of microsoft's dynamics 365
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience on MS CRM solutions and design and expertise on various MS CRM functional modules (sales, marketing, service and others), latest features and limitations.
- Experience in playing System Architecture role.
- Experience in performing pre-sales activities
- Extensive, relevant work experience including expertise in enterprise architecture and business solutions deployment.
- understanding of competitive technology to accurately assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with customer solutions hosted on non-microsoft platforms.
- Preferred experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, Data / AI, Customer Insights, Power BI, etc.
- Work with various stakeholders including client presentations and POCs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage the client, Onsite-Offshore communication.
- Certification in relevant Microsoft discipline(s) preferred.
