Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their furniture needs. Build rapport to create a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the furniture inventory, including materials, styles, and pricing. Stay updated on new arrivals and trends in the furniture industry.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to demonstrate furniture features and benefits, answer customer inquiries, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Assess customer preferences and recommend suitable products based on their style, budget, and space requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, arranging deliveries, and managing special orders.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and ensuring all products are well-presented.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase and encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with other sales team members and management to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree, additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Excellent English language .
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
