Job Description

  • Enter new client data, update the data of existing clients and file the corresponding paperwork.
  • Facilitate Payments for Services.
  • Make sure that all the teachers update the last session content in
    the hard copy and send it to the parents through the broadcast.
  • Answer calls and emails from clients regarding appointments.
  • Greet parents and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Handle parents' inquiries.
  • Communicate with the parents regarding their concerns
  • Responding to all customers' inquiries

Working hours:

  • From 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • 5 days a week
  • 2 days off "Rotational"

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous experience in any field related to the Customer care
  • Should have a calm manner.
  • Work under stress.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Well Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problem and handle challenging situations
  • Living nearby is Preferred
