Job Description
- Ensure that food safety and security systems and health practices are maintained in accordance with international and local food safety and security regulations and legal requirements.
- Conducting and reporting periodic inspections of facilities, equipment and practices that identify cases of non-conformity.
- Random inspection of all company personnel activities to ensure validation of the applied food safety system.
- Reporting cases of non-conformity with the relevant department.
- Notify the administration of any serious non-conformity cases.
- Monitor the implementation of all required food safety standards.
- Preparing food safety reports to ensure that food safety requirements and procedures are being applied.
- Verification of CCP. and checked according to HACCP procedures .
- Conducting the microbiological examination in accordance with the approved plan for conducting this examination
- Cooperate in training, mentoring and implementing food safety programs in the field of operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture.
- Proven experience as Food safety inspector.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of different quality systems ISO 22000, ISO9001. ISO45000.
- Strong knowledge of one of the BRC global food safety systems.
- Max. age is 30 year.
