Warehouse Supervisor

Supervising Warehouse Staff:

• Responsible for providing adequate training to the newly hired members.
• Oversee warehouse team performance to ensure high quality of work done.
• Assert that warehouse & loading dock security teams are taking the needed actions to perform their job properly in preventing robberies.

Operations follow up:

• Arrange workflow based on work needs, as instructed by warehouse manager, to ensure running smoothly & effectively.
• Minimize overtime through allocating work tasks among the team in balanced way based on work load.
• Make sure that work operations, receiving, storing, transfer, and dispatching of goods, are done properly & in accordance with company’s target & policy.
• Ensure timely & accurate processing of daily in/ out transaction on ERP.
• Monitor all physical incoming and outgoing transactions to ensure accurate stock keeping.
• Collaborate with cost accountant to locate and analyze stock variance, if any. 
• Supervise all forklift operations.

Documentation & Reports:

• Prepare report twice a month reflects the stock level of local & foreign products/ materials to be discussed with Warehouse manager.
• Make periodic assessment for warehouse facilities to determine their efficiency in supporting warehouse & storage requirements.
• Schedule/ conduct regular stocktaking to ensure that system records are matching the physical stock.
