Receive, analyze, and answer all customers’ requests, questions, warranty claims, and clarifications regarding maintenance.
Prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers for spare parts, services contracts, product repairing
Train and work closely with department team, achieving company strategy.
Conduct site visits to resolve all breakdowns and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders.
Contact the quality control department to analyze the breakdowns cause roots to take the preventive actions accordingly,
Follow filing and archiving system.

Experience in Hotel kitchen and laundry eqt. not less than 5 years
Excellent communication skills
Presentable
Very good command of English
Technical Understanding
Problem-solving
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
