Job Description

Our globally-integrated solutions support global workforce mobility, including immigration, tax, managed services, and digital solutions. As a trusted advisor of compliance, consulting and technology services to multinational corporations, we solve complex, cross-border workforce mobility challenges to ensure our clients and their employees have a consistent and compliant global mobility experience.

As an associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. 

Qualifications

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: 

• Share and collaborate effectively with others. 
• Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise. 
• Coordinating with internal teams to determine appropriate compensation packages, tax implications, and benefits for relocating employees
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly. 
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures. 
• Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce. 
• Build and maintain an internal and external network. 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Researching & analysing tax laws, rules and regulations and analysing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters.
• Demonstrates problem solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with the regional laws, regulations and procedures
• Demonstrates ability with automation & digitization in a professional services environment including the following areas:
  • Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions.
  • Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
• Coordinating with other Vialto offices where required
• Fluency in Arabic
