INTERIOR DESIGNER

• Understands and determine the clientʼs goals and requirements of the project.
• Prepare mode boards, 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, 3DMax, sketchup or Rhino.
• Prepare and produce shop drawings and detailed drawings as needed for the design.
• Prepare BOQ & BOM for each project.
• Make interior spaces for residential and commercial by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials.
• Be able to manage turning ideas into a reality.
• The designer must bring to fore a clear understanding of space management.
• To prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material, mood boards and other documents relating to the design.
• Produce sample boards to present to client. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
