- The purpose of this position is to answer customer calls;
- Provide first-level troubleshooting (if a customer complaint) and/or provide information and guidance (if a general customer inquiry) in order to resolve customer issues/inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Graduates and undergraduates without attendance.
- Fluent in Japanese and Very good in English Language is a must.
- Rotational shifts.
- 0-5 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply).
- Gender: M/F.
- Good communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
