This is a FULL-TIME position with full benefits and not a project-based or a part-time work from home position. You CAN NOT have this position as a side job or aside from other part-time or full-time jobs.

 Also, you will be signing an employment contract under the Egyptian Labor Law. This allows us to provide you with the full benefits package and comply with the Egyptian Labor Law. You will also be signing a US-based contract/agreement.

 

About the Role:

You will be playing a crucial role in the success of our organization. You will be helping us to build up our business by identifying new business prospects and selling our products to them. 

As a RealSelf/Tajmeeli Sales - Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle. You will be generating new sales leads, conducting cold calling/emailing/Whatsapping, negotiating client pricing, sending quotations, closing deals, and onboarding/handing over new clients with the help of our Account Management Team. 

This is a highly competitive position with monthly and quarterly set sales targets.

  • You are a natural relationship builder, a people's person and have a passion for sales, closing deals, generating revenue, and growing businesses.

 

Specifically, your role would be asked to: 

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by building relationships with clients based on proper expectations and a mapped path to client success.
  • Manage a book of business from first contact to contract initiation and closure.
  • Works closely with clients to facilitate activity from a new member to sponsor to ensure growth and success of a managed book of business.
  • Effectively communicates company value proposition and offerings to our new prospects and current clients.
  • Support the launch or expanded availability of both new and core markets via cold-calling/emailing/Whatsapping, and relationship-building based on the company directives.

Job Requirements

About You: 

You are a competitive, self-driven, and target-oriented person with superior sales performance. Able to inspire genuine trust, build strong relationships, find the right solutions to the right problems, consistently follow up with your prospects, show grace under pressure, and close higher-value deals faster.  

You are passionate about closing deals and achieving sales targets. And you are comfortable with ambiguity, quick to adapt to change, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get in the weeds to get things done.

 

Job Requirments:

  • Minimum 4 years of Sales/Business Development experience is required.
  • Can Do Attitude.
  • Bilingual English/Arabic is a must (C1 English Level is required)/ Strong French language is an asset.
  • Have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent and skilled negotiator with a focus on solving problems and creating win-win situations.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of initiative and critical thinking.
  • Demonstrated success using solid verbal/ written communication and relationship building skills to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to effectively work both independently and as a team player within an inside sales and support team environment.
  • CRM/Salesforce.com proficiency and experience is recommended but not essential.
