Job Description
- Monitors company’s goals and recommends effective ways to achieve these goals
- Preparation of the monthly project report
- Prepare/follow up overall master baseline schedule
- Prepare and follow up costs control reports
- Attends client/consultant meetings
- Creates progress and performance curves
- Establishes the process to ensure that all actions are consistent with the projects plans
- Ensures performance reviews are conducted on field planning staff in accordance with the established schedule
- Monitors all payment invoices for contractors or clients
- Prepare the analysis study for the impact of claims and variations orders on-time schedule and cash flow
- Follow-up reviews the periodical progress report of the time schedule for design and construction phase including the reasons for delays, recommend action to recover delays, and target works in the next period
- Project performance analysis, databases, and benchmarking project status with planning tools and graphical presentation
- Upon request, Participates in the development and implementation of planning training and awareness programs to ensure subordinate and staff receive progressive training to enable them to assume enhance their responsibilities.
- Compliance with Egyptian law and company policies and procedures.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of engineering from any reputable university.
- 7+ years of experience in the construction industry.
