Job Description

  • Provide accurate and on time financial reports to management on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting as per Saint-Gobain monthly reporting methodology
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements
  • Oversee all financial planning and analysis (budgeting, forecasting, etc.…) 
  • Forecast future performance
  • Recommend changes to improve financial performance
  • Utilize and mastering updated technologies and group tools for their job 
  • Recommend changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
  • Monitor performance of all businesses and compare them to budget
  • Collaborate and follow-up with head of departments on potential improvements
  • Manage team members to collectively meet deadlines and implement best practices
  • Master group reporting basics and make sure compliance with group guidelines standards
  • Monitor large CAPEX planning and feasibility
  • Assist and support in special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance , Masters in related field is a plus
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing or construction companies
  • Proven work experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other financial software
  • High analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus) 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities  
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills  
  • Solid knowledge of reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Time Management skills
