Job Description

  • Plan and sell accommodations, transportation, flights, and other travel services.
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers.
  • Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
  • Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
  • Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
  • Network with tour operators.
  • Meet profit and sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / higher diploma.
  • 1-5 Years of experience in Travel & Tourism Industry is preferred.
  • Residence near to the office location at 6th October City, Sheikh Zayed City or Neighboring Residence is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of reservations systems and e-travel.
  • Excellent writing and language skills of both English and Arabic.
  • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate
