Job Description
- Plan and sell accommodations, transportation, flights, and other travel services.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
- Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers.
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
- Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
- Network with tour operators.
- Meet profit and sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma.
- 1-5 Years of experience in Travel & Tourism Industry is preferred.
- Residence near to the office location at 6th October City, Sheikh Zayed City or Neighboring Residence is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of reservations systems and e-travel.
- Excellent writing and language skills of both English and Arabic.
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
