Job Description
- Drives and develops medium and short term plans and programs to manage and achieve the anticipated company goals and targets
- Prepares periodic reports regarding the department activities and achievements.
- Participate in the periodic meeting with direct manager and subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear and the work flow is running smoothly as the agreed plans .
- Performing any duties related to the job
- Estimate and scope Mechanical trades during pre-construction
- Review contract documents , making suggestion /modification as they relate to the Mechanical trades
- Manage and lead Mechanical trades .
- Manage and lead Mechanical subcontractors throughout duration of the projects
- Manage and lead Mechanical subcontractors throughout duration of the projects
- Coordinate activities , materials procurement and other related activities with project managers and field staff
- Supervise review and coordination of submitting and shop drawings
- Review and draw and approve As-built drawings

- Education level : Bachelor’s degree from government university
